How can I check the status of my order?

An order confirmation will be sent via e-mail when the order has been placed.

What is my user name?

Your user name is your e-mail address.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Go to the Password Recovery page to reset your password. Enter your email address and click the "Recover" button. Check your email for further instructions.

Where can I find my order number?

Go to the My Account page to review past orders and your account information.

Were can I find Order History?

Go to the My Account page to view the past 12 months of orders. If you require history prior to 12 months, contact customer service via chat or 1-877-887-3456.

Can I track my package?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains tracking information.

Is my credit card safe?

Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe.

Can I get same day shipping on my PrintheadSaver® orders?

Usually orders placed before 4:30pm EST will ship the same day.

What if I need help finding the right PrintheadSaver® thermal transfer ribbon for my application?

You can either select the live chat button or call 1-877-887-3456.

What shipping options are available?

ITW Thermal Films uses UPS for all shipments under 15 cases. Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight services are available at checkout. For orders of 15 cases or more, Fed-Ex Freight Priority is available as an option.
