How can I check the status of my order?

 - An order confirmation will be sent via e-mail when the order has been placed. 

What is my user name?

 - Your user name is your e-mail address.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

 - There is a "Forgot Password" link below the login box.  Enter your e-mail address and an e-mail will be sent to you with a new password.  Use that password to log into the site.  It will then ask for your old password (which is the password that was just e-mailed to you) and allow you to set a new password of your choice.

Where can I find my order number?

 - Click on "My Account" at the top of any page to review past orders and your account information.

Were can I find Order History?

 -  Click on "My Account" the past 12 months of orders will be listed there.  If you require history prior to 12 months contact customer service via chat or 1-877-887-3456.

Can I track the package?

 - Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains tracking information.

Is my credit card safe?

 - Yes.  We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe.

Can I get same day shipping on my PrintheadSaver® orders?

 - Usually orders placed before 4:30pm EST will ship the same day.

What if I need help finding the right PrintheadSaver® thermal transfer ribbon for my application?

 - You can either select the live chat button or call 1-877-887-3456.

What shipping options are available?

 - ITW Thermal Films uses UPS for all shipments under 15 cases.  Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight services are available at checkout.  For orders of 15 cases or more, Fed-Ex Freight Priority is available as an option.
